The Best Pumpkin Banana Oat Pancakes
Sep 08, 2024September is my favorite time of the year. The leaves are changing, sweaters and comfy clothes are coming out, and of course... pumpkin everything!
Pumpkin contains key nutrients such as calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, sodium, vitamin C, and zinc to support healthy blood pressure levels and a healthy immune system. It is also a great source of fiber! Adding pumpkin to your Sunday morning pancakes is always a yes in my books.
